A Preview of the Process
The process you’ll experience is very systematic, and includes these major events:
Purchase Agreement,signed by you and submitted for approval
Loan Application, to get loan Pre-Approval and final mortgage financing
Design Gallery Selections, choosing your flooring, countertops, colors, etc.
Second Earnest Money Appointment, and final exterior color selections due & Contract Summary Meeting, to confirm details of documents
Pre-Drywall Meeting, to review wiring, plumbing, etc. while they’re still visible
Orientation Meeting, a final walk-through to preview your finished home prior to closing
Closing at the Title Company to complete financing/ownership documents
